I hope it doesn't sound too harsh.
First of all I think you should add one more step of the horn animation, it's not smooth enough for my taste: Maybe like this: [link]
Then I noticed the glitter (?) comes from the whole body and not only from the horn. Was it your intention?
At the end of the animation is saw that some pixels were missing which made it look like as if it was "blinking".
Also the horn doesn't move when he moves his head, it might look better if it moves as well.
One last thing: At the end I noticed that the glitter is kinda coming back to the horn, maybe it would have looked better when the glitter slowly faded out (less and less comes out of it.)
